Nintendo announce impressive figures for American pre-orders...
Nintendo today confirmed that the pre-order system for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker will kick off in the US from February 16th; allowing gamers to pick up a free copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Mater Quest, a compilation of the N64 classic and the Ura Dungeons remix, previously only available in Japan.
Nintendo have already received over 250,000 pre-orders in the states despite the official pre-order system not even launching yet; indeed the game canāt come quicker for Nintendo who are facing flagging support in both the US and Japan.
Currently itās still not been confirmed that European gamers will be able to pick up the bonus-disc on pre-order, however weāre doing our best to press them for a definite answer, which weāll let you know as soon as we do.
