Microsoft shows the love to Europe's gamers - more than can be said about Sony...
With the backlash of yesterday's news of a PlayStation3 delay in Europe still on-going, Microsoft has today announced some news that may alleviate matters - if you own an Xbox 360.
For ten days, from 00:01 on September 20th through to 23:59 on September 29th, the full plethora of options on Xbox Live Gold will be free, allowing Silver subscribers the chance to sample the delights of the complete Live package.
The limited period, which is being sponsored by Microsoft's social network Windows Live Spaces, has been timed to coincide with the company's X06 event taking place in Barcelona. Gamers will be able to create their own Xbox-themed spaces on the official Windows Live Spaces website.
