We discover the first screens from the Xbox version confirming that one is in the works and ready for Xbox Live!...
Forgive us if weâre wrong however we donât seem to remember Capcomâs cell-shaded racer âAuto Modellistaâ being confirmed by Capcom at any point. Which makes the appearance of new Xbox screens that much more mystifying at the publishers European press site.
If any game was suited to the Xbox platform then itâs âAuto Modellistaâ, plagued by network problems the Playstation2 version never really got off the ground, whilst the rumoured GameCube version failed to materialise.
Itâs believed the Xbox version will allow up to eight players to log on and race against each other, whilst the HDD should come in handy for all the funky replays that you can create.
Although these first selection of screens fail to show any significant visual improvements weâre hoping that Capcom have had time to cure the dubious clipping problem that the Playstation2 version suffered from.
Weâll hopefully have more on the title soon.
