Xbox 360 'Zephyr' Reports Emerge News

Is an Xbox 360 version 2.00 with a 120GB Hard Drive, a cooler (and quieter) 65nm processor, and a built-in HDMI port about to be unveiled?
Reports on US-based gadget publication, Engadget, have emerged today that suggest Microsoft may be close to unveiling an updated version of Xbox 360 - codenamed 'Zephyr'.
According to the story, this 'Xbox 360 v2.00' would feature a number of upgrades including a much anticipated 120GB hard drive, a built-in HDMI port for 1080p support, and a 65nm processor. So far, Microsoft is yet to confirm or deny the report, but there's a pretty convincing looking photo up on the site, which certainly looks to be quite convincing.
With the 2007 Consumer Electronic Show set to kick off within the next few days (Monday to be exact), and Bill Gates making his somewhat traditional pre-show keynote speech, it's the perfect time for the Redmond company to unveiled an upgraded version of the next-gen machine.
