Microsoft's Peter Moore denies suggestions that the 360 is struggling to meet its targets...
Amidst some suggestions that Microsoft would fail to meet its 10 million Xbox 360 target by the end of the year, and claims that even Epic's mighty Gears of War is failing to shift units as Microsoft had hoped, a defiant Peter Moore today denied such accusations with claims that they could even exceed it.
Answering questions about the target, Peter Moore Vice President Interactive Entertainment Business responded, "Yes. All indications are that we came off a very strong Thanksgiving holiday."
Once again targeting the supply "issue" that Sony are currently struggling to address, Moore continues, "They [sic] key is we're in stock, we're available, we're delivering well to retail," before adding, "Certainly the consumer is recognizing the fact that we have a great price point as well as 160 games available and that flies in the face of our competition."
