New picture gives a possible glimpse of the optional HDD...
Further evidence of the Xbox360 today became apparent via the ongoing Our Colony riddle, providing a closer glimpse at the possible final hardware and suggesting a slick and sophisticated system completely unlike its predecessor.
Although the exact link to Our Colony has yet to be made, it bears a close resemblance to a previous picture released. Naturally the unit is lying on its side this time around (backing up previous claims and tantalisingly revealing a few extras), however thereâs a distinctive similarity between the two images with one notable exception â“ one has the optional HDD attached and the other doesnâtâ¦
Raising contrast levels of the new image reveals a figure of 40GB (pic #3), although there is the suggestion that higher capacity drives will also be available.
Itâs worth remembering however that everything taken from Our Colony needs to be done with a healthy dosage of salt â“ we wouldnât put it past Microsoft to launch the biggest disinformation campaign in historyâ¦
