In a joint statement, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Codemasters have confirmed a deal that will see a number of Codies titles distributed across North America from April 2007 to May 2008. The deal will no doubt increase the exposure of Codemasters' upcoming titles in North America for the next eighteen months, including Clive Barker's Jericho, Overload, and DIRT: Colin McRae Off-Road.

Home Entertainment Group divisions to combine strengths to distribute Codemasters' games, which have global appeal, throughout North America," said Kevin Tsujihara, President, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group. "Employing the expertise of our gaming division and our powerful home video distribution services, we will bring Codemasters' products to consumers within the ever-growing gaming marketplace."

The deal follows closely after Warner Bros.' confirmed its intentions to acquire a 10% stake in another UK-based publisher, SCi Entertainment.
