It’s the kind of news to cheer up any Warhammer fan. After apparently being dumped, it seems as if the MMORPG is back on track.

Announcing the news in the latest issue of PC Gamer, Climax boss Karl Jeffrey, admits that the title has had to forgo financial support from Warhammer creators Games Workshop, but still retains the British company as consultants on the project.

Don’t start to get too excited at the moment though, because the latest estimate for the game’s release is sometime in the second quarter of 2006 if everything works out, whilst there have been claims that some sacrifices have been made, so it’s back to the dodecahedron dice and tape measure for the moment.
