A new Simpsons game is heading our way, this time it's a mission-based driving title...
Having recently announced an agreement with Fox Interactive, it hasnât taken Vivendi Universal long before announcing the first game to come from the deal.
Unfortunately it looks like The Simpsons have once again been given the âsecond-handâ treatment, as theyâve been dragged into the genre of the moment â“ the mission based driving game.
Fuelled by the success of GTA3, Vice City and The Getaway; the game will feature mostly driving missions, however players will have to complete some on-foot as either Homer, Bart, Apu, Marge or Lisa. Additionally the game will feature 17 different drivers including Cletus, Comic Book Guy and Principal Skinner, whilst over 40 vehicles will be used in the game including fan favourites such as Homerâs Mr.Plow and Cletusâ Pick-up-truck.
Perhaps weâre being a little too harsh and hopefully this game will be an improvement upon the recent disastrous attempts; weâll have a closer look at E3.
