The SWAT team face their deadliest rivals yet in a new expansion to the popular PC title...
Vivendi-Universal today confirmed an expansion pack to Sierra Entertainmentâs SWAT 4, entitled The Stetchkov Syndicate and slated for release during Q1 2006.
Crime is on the rise, more guns and drugs are appearing on the streets as the city finds itself in turmoil. SWAT operatives are called in to take on a series of disturbances that eventually lead them to the root of the problem, an eastern European crime family that has taken up residence in the city. A final showdown promises to test players skills, placing legendary SWAT tactics against the most dangerous and ruthless criminals yet.
The expansion pack contains 7 new single and multiplayer levels, with support for 10-Player Co-Op in 2 teams of 5 and an all-new multiplayer game type known as Smash & Grab. The option to have one exclusive leader in Co-Op has also been included, whilst stat tracking and ranking ladders have also been implemented.
New weapons and equipment for the SWAT team are promised along with the criminals youâre fighting against, whilst players can hold orders until the GO command is issued.
