VU Games has today announced that an expansion pack to Mad Doc Software’s Empire Earth II will be released on PC in February 2006. Empire Earth II: The Art of Supremacy will include a raft of new features such as two new game modes: Fealty Mode, which enables under-achieving empires to declare ‘fealty’ and permanently ally themselves with another empire, and Tug-of –War Mode where play takes place across a number of maps and victory comes from beating the opposition on your home map. The Art of Supremacy will also gamers to play through scenarios from Ancient Egypt to the Napoleonic era and also allow for the integration of native peoples into an Empire.

The usual expansion pack fare of extra unit types will also feature in Art of Supremacy with ten new types from Zulu Warriors to Russian Howitzers, and the gameplay interface has been made more refined.

“We were thrilled with Empire Earth II, with its reception from the fans and press, with its innovations, and with its take on the series,” notes Dr. Ian Davis, CEO of Mad Doc. “Yet there’s always something more you want to do, always some way to make a great game even better. We were aching to add the Fealty and Tug-of-War Modes, and I think fans are going to have a lot of fun with these. Those, and the other features we’ve put into play here, really make the Empire Earth II experience complete.”
