VU/Majesco Announce Distribution Deal News

BloodRayne 2 and Advent Rising set for major European countries through Majesco distribution...
In a joint statement today Vivendi-Universal and Majesco have announced that they have signed a two title distribution deal which will see Majescoâs, BloodRayne 2 and Advent Rising distributed to the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain via VU Gamesâ distribution network.
Confirming the deal, VU Gamesâ European Marketing Director, Estelle Dubernard, said âThis agreement with Majesco is a testament to VU Gamesâ ongoing commitment to working with existing partners while remaining focused on gaming quality and broadening our portfolioâ¦With two great titles due for release in the next few months we look forward to a successful release for Advent Rising and BloodRayne 2 and also continuing our great work with Majesco.â
Jason Dutton Vice President of Majesco Europe agreed that, âBloodRayne 2 has already been well received in North America while consumer and retail anticipation continues to build for Advent Rising. With VU Games now on board we look forward to seeing even greater success for Majesco in Europeâ¦This continued partnership will ensure our games benefit from VU Gamesâ excellent distribution network and sales and marketing abilities to bring these outstanding games to players across Europe.â
Itâs expected that BloodRayne 2 will released in the European territories during May 2005, although Advent Rising is yet to receive an estimate launch date.
