Faces of War thrusts gamers into the decisive battles of World War II in Europe. Players command American, English, Soviet and German troops while fighting famous conflicts such as the Normandy Invasion, the Battle of the Bulge or the Battle of Berlin in shocking detail. Thanks to complex artificial intelligence, soldiers don't simply execute any order given by a player, they think about how to do it in the most efficient and safe way.

WW2 action/strategy title granted extra time for development...


Originally due for release towards the end of May, Ubisoft has recently sent word that Best Way's Faces of War has slipped to an Autumn release. The reason behind the delay has yet to emerge, so why not while away some of the time by checking out a recent interview TVG carried out with the producer of the game.

not a bad game try playing tatic mode finished all 3 levels completed it coh is a gem

let's stop the flaming with one simple statement.

FoW can run on lower spec machines like mine. (512mb of memory, 24-bit sound, and 256mb graphics)

When I saw COH I thought it was the successor to SHOWWII, but in play it is closer to DOW or other RTS games. I like COH, but this really is somthing different. If you come to this expecting an RTS, you will be dissapointed. While you can play it lik... [ Read full comment... ]
