Ubisoft To Bring Lumines to Europe News
More on this gameUbisoft have today confirmed that they are to publish Lumines in the US in March 2005, and itâs easy to assume that the same company will also be bringing the title over to Europe when the PSP launches later on in the Spring.
Weâve been playing our PSP for the last couple of weeks so we can evaluate the pros and the cons, and one of the games that we have been testing is Lumines, which may very well end up being the Tetris of the 21st Century. Fast and stupendously addictive, the game (as youâll soon see in our forthcoming review) is becoming a huge hit in Japan with 40,000 copies sold so far.
Announcing the deal, James Regan, Director of New Business Development at Ubisoft commented, "Ubisoft is extremely excited to partner with Bandai and Q ENTERTAINMENT to bring Lumines for the PSP handheld system to consumersâ¦Ubisoft delivers superior products that are immersive, exciting and unique, and Lumines is a natural fit for us."
Weâll have our review of both the PSP and Lumines very soonâ¦

Addictive. Every PSP owner should have this game and one of the mercury games in their collection.

Lumnines is one of the best puzzle games that I have played for a while. You know a puzzle game is good when you start having dreams about playing it. The gameplay is simple and the graphics are amazing. All of it is rounded off nicely by the music and sounds. All in all, its a must have for any puzzle player or anyone with a PSP for that matter.
