Ubisoft signs an exclusive deal to bring the demonic RPG to Europe and Australia in June 2005...

Previously released in the US and Japan, demonic RPG Shin Megami Tensei: Luciferās Call is set for an end of June 2005 release in Europe and Australia courtesy of Ubisoft. Following the story of a young boy in an Apocalyptic Tokyo besieged by demons, Luciferās Call will also feature a cameo appearance from Capcom demon-hunter Dante.

Players will recruit demons to his cause with the added ability to create new variants, as well as allowing the main characters to access demonic powers via the parasitic Megatama.

"The game is a clear departure from RPG norms with its post-apocalyptic settings and mature themes", says John Parkes, EMEA Marketing Director at Ubisoft. "The amazing character design by the Japanese artist Kazuma Kaneko, combined with the original gameplay made Shin Megami Tensei Lucifer's call a success in Japan and US. We're pleased to bring this great RPG experience to the European RPG audience that has been eagerly waiting to play the game."

With over 50 hours gameplay, Luciferās Call is soon to capture the imagination of European and Australian gamers when itās finally released in June on PlayStation2.

We'll have more soon...
