Ubi's Driver/Reflections Acquisition Completed News

Less than a month after it was first announced, Ubisoft confirms that the acquisition has been completed...
Ubisoft has today confirmed that it's completed the acquisition of UK-based studio Reflections, along with its Driver franchise, from Atari.
News of the deal first broke mid-July, but today's announcement brings a finality to the situation, which will see Ubisoft developing within what it called the "driving segment" of gaming.
Ubi has also hinted at plans to go further than just re-develop the Driver franchise, stating that, "...Driver's technology will have a positive effect on the full range of Ubisoft games."
