Ubisoft's End of Year results may just reveal the expected release periods for the next-generation consoles...
Taking a closer look at Ubisoftâs end of year results has revealed the companyâs expectations for the launch periods of PlayStation 3 and Revolution in Europe and North America.
The PlayStation 3 has already been announced as launching in Spring 2006, but Ubisoft has listed a Q3 2006 release for Sonyâs next-generation system in North America, with the console completely omitted from the European schedule for that year. Interestingly the Revolution is pencilled in for a Q4 2006 release in Europe with no mention of a North American launch in 2006.
