Battles of Prince of Persia®’s storyline takes place between Prince of Persia The Sands of Time™ and Prince of Persia: Warrior Within™. The game will focus on the appearance of the Dahaka and how the Prince, while trying to rid himself of the terrible creature, ignites a conflict between Persia and India by releasing an ancient evil that has caused much death and devastation. Players will be able to battle it out from not only the Prince’s perspective, but also from that of several Generals who hold key roles in the conflict between the nations.

Ubi Announces Holiday Season Battles For Prince Of Persia News

Nintendo DS exclusive title set to bridge the narrative gap between Sands of Time and Warrior Within this Christmas...

In what continues to be a busy news day for Ubisoft, the French based company has announced that the Prince of Persia will be making his Nintendo DS debut this Christmas in âBattles for Prince of Persia.â Currently in development at Ubisoftâs Montreal studio, the game is a turn-based strategy game based on a collectable card system as follows the events set between Sands of Time and Warrior Within.

Following the appearance of the Dahaka, the Prince ignites a conflict between Persia and India by releasing what is described by Ubi as an ââ¦ancient evil that has caused much death and devastation,â with players able to take the perspective of the Prince of several generals. Battles for the Prince of Persia features three different factions and 27 unit types in single-player and multi-player modes, an intriguing storyline and a host of new rules that are said to breath new depth into tactical titles.
