Kingdom Hearts II follows Sora, Donald and Goofy on their continuing quest, following the events of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Sora and friends are joined by a vibrant new cast of characters. Together, they will encounter countless dangers in worlds both familiar and new. The game features more than 100 Disney characters, including the new additions of Chicken Little, Stitch from Lilo and Stitch and one of Disney's favourite villains, Pete.

The British date for Sora, Goofy, and Donald to continue their adventure is announced...


Square-Enix has today confirmed that Kingdom Hearts II will be released in the UK on September 29th.

The game, which continues the quest of Final Fantasy's Sora, and Disney's Donald Duck and Goofy, is set to feature new environments taken from a number of classic Disney stories such as Tron and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Having been released in Japan in December 2005, and North America in Spring 2006, at least PAL gamers don't have too much longer to wait.
