Turbine and Atari have today announced that Keith Baker, creator of the Dungeons & Dragons land of Eberron, has been hired to help develop storylines for the MMO Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach.

Having won a 2002 competition held by DDO makers Wizards of the Coast to create a new world for the third edition ruleset for Dungeons & Dragons, which also became the setting for Stormreach, Baker went on to write his first book set in Eberron in 2005.

"Keith Baker is the creative genius behind Eberron, the setting for DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE: Stormreach. His fiction is sure to engage and entertain our players in the months to come," said Jeffrey Anderson, President and CEO of Turbine, Inc. "We are delighted to be working with him."
