Too Human Remains An Xbox 360 Trilogy News

At a GDC 2008 presentation, Silicon Knights chief reveals that the action-RPG remains on course for a triple-billion on the platform...
If ever there was a development studio with a siege mentality, it's Silicon Knights. Not only derided at E3 2006 as a result of a less-than-presentation of it's (now) Xbox 360 action-RPG Too Human - Microsoft Game Studios now admits that they showed the game too early - the studio is also in the middle of legal wrangling between it and Gears of War outfit, Epic Games.
However, as Too Human nears the end of an impressive development cycle, which has seen the title switch from its original platform (PlayStation 1), through to the GameCube, and now Xbox 360, the cogs of publicity can perhaps begin to turn in earnest.
Whether the title, which charts a sci-fi take on Norse Mythology, is a hit with critics and gamers alike of course remains to be seen; we'll just have to wait until its release later in the year. There is however, another question that needs answering about the title: does Silicon Knights still see it as the first part in a trilogy, and will all three get their release on Xbox 360?
During a presentation at GDC 2008 held by Silicon Knights chief Denis Dyack, that very question came up - so what was the message? Turns out that Dyack remains adamant that the Too Human trilogy will get its total release on Xbox 360, though even a rough release schedule for when chapters two and three will hit the Microsoft console is murky at best.
A launch date for the first part of the re-confirmed Too Human trilogy is said to be coming 'soon'.
