Too Human Character Migration Clarified News

By Jon Wilcox on 19/08/2008 Silicon Knights' Denis Dyack confirms to TVG how players will be continuing their Too Human story in the future instalments...

In an interview with TVG, Silicon Knights boss Denis Dyack has revealed that players will be able to migrate their versions of Baldur seamlessly between Too Human and its two future instalments.

Clarified on the day the long-awaited title launches across North America, Dyack explained, "all that hard work you put in for the first game will completely migrate over to the second game. It'll be something that gamers won't have to worry about, starting a new character or anything like that."

The first part in the trilogy has a level cap of 50, though this is expected to rise to 75 in Too Human 2, with the third instalment topping up at level 100.

Asked whether players will have to have completed the first instalment in order to understand and enjoy the future additions, Dyack confirmed that the "...story is really going to evolve over the trilogy, but it is what I would 'encompassed'."

He added, "So if you took the story on its own, then it's encapsulated, but there are a few arcs that don't get resolved because we do have to have them resolved over the trilogy - that's the way it works."

Too Human launches across the UK from August 29th.

Just bought this game and its so repetative. Online is the same as being offline apart from you get to speak to someone. £35 down the drain

I can say it was a let down. Im quite sure I did in m last comment. I thought diablo was a good game but this just wasnt up to scratch considering it was in the making for 10 years lol

Downloaded and played the demo and I was really let down. This game really doesnt special in anyway at all. Looks like the game had been in the making for 10 days not 10 years. Might be wrong about the full version but going off the demo id rather eat some stinging nettles for dinner than spend my hard earned money on this.

I think if now one had ever heard of Too Human and the game just came out the reviews would be much higher, but because of over hype and big delays expectations were high. Its a good game with minor problem, do youselves a favor and pick it up you wont be disapointed.
