These new images show how you can put yourself into Tony's shoes...
With 'Tony Hawk's 4' putting the series back on track after the slightly unfocused third game, 'Underground' is looking like it will push the series in new directions, mainly as you can get off your board and wander around the environments. Should be interesting...
The environments look realistic and large, the characters are nicely detailed, no doubt looking far better in motion, perhaps best of all, you can put yourself in the game. We assume this feature will be making use of the Eye Toy peripheral, and a bit of editing yourself, to enable you and your friends to take each other on in the game, and online. This is one thing we're looking forward to seeing more of in games, after having it so cruelly taken from us in Perfect Dark, it has always seemed like a good idea to able to play as yourself in a game, Pro Evo, take note...
'Tony Hawk Underground' is set for release on the 7th of November in the UK.
