Some lovely screenshots FROM the PlayStation2 version of this year’s outing for Tiger and his friends.
The PlayStation2 version of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 is already looking pretty sweet as these screenshots attest. Adding characters and courses in addition to the graphical polishing and tweaking of gameplay are all present and correct. There are also some new gameplay modes to make this a more rounded package as a videogame, and perhaps hold the interest of those with only a passing knowledge of golf.
Character detail is high both for the real-life competitors and the numerous fictional characters. The same is true for the courses; you can see a couple of examples of the new fictional ones here. These not only look good - just check out that cool castle - but should offer a formidable, even Tiger-proof challenge that perhaps the real courses can’t offer...
This one isn’t out until later this year but we'll be taking a closer look soon.
