Tiger Woods PGA 07 Continues EA Marketplace Policy News

Unlock new courses, Pro Shop items and more without the hassle of playing...

EA's obsession with the Marketplace as an additional source of revenue continues to show no bounds, with confirmation that the forthcoming Tiger Woods PGA 07 will contain a bountiful supply of items to spend your hard-earned Microsoft Points upon.

Additional courses will retail for 200 Microsoft Points (£1.70); extra items from the Pro Shop will cost 300 MP (£2.55) whilst an alternative costume will set you back precisely 240 MP (£2.04).

EA has recently come under some flak for its Marketplace policy, where the content can't exactly be described as new or additional. Instead players are buying access to the content that is already there on the disc, without having to complete the entire game - a lazy-man's option as it were. It should be noted that those with good, old fashioned perseverance and a little bit of skill, will be able to unlock the content in the traditional form of beating the game and earning enough credits.
