Thunderhawk: Operation Phoenix is the third installment from Core's hit chopper franchise. The series debuted on the Mega-CD and won rave critical reviews, arguably setting Core onwards to their once lofty perch. A second game appeared on the Saturn and PSOne, which whilst retaining the excellent 'pick-up-and-play' gameplay from the original was hampered by it's early appearance and the lack of great development tools at the time.
The PS2 version promises to deliver the same action-orientated gameplay of the originals, combined with visuals to match the best coming out of the PS2 at present.
