It's been a while since we've had a Terminator game, Terminator Future Shock and Skynet from Bethesda Softworks spring to mind, both excellent first person shooters set in the war against the Terminators. It seems that Infogrames with their newly acquired license will not follow the plot of the films, but rather create their own story and scenario. <br /> <br /> The game will be a third person action title, which sees you in Los Angeles in 2029 taking on Skynet. There are some nasty new Terminators that are practically undetectable with the naked eye, and they're gunning for Sarah Conner. This is a prequel to the films and sees you take the roll of various solders in John Conner's army, trying to save his mother so he is born. You even take on the roll of Kyle, John's father. <br /> <br /> There will be new Terminators and enemies and the game should be ready by Spring 2002, hopefully we will see some of this game at ECTS in September.
