EA delay the European release after lower then expected sales and mounting criticism...
Various reports are suggesting that EA have held of the European release of The Sims Online after mounting criticism and lacklustre support in the US. Sales of the game dramatically failed to achieve the expectations of EA, whilst criticism has come from all sources, claiming that itās nothing more then a glorified chat-room.
The rumoured delay has been in order to address these issues, add a host of new features and hopefully boost support in online gaming; an area Europe is notoriously slow to take up.
