Five new screens from the adventures of Bilbo Baggins on the Playstation2...
New screens from The Hobbit found their way to us today. Originally scheduled for release exclusively on the GameCube, the third-person action/adventure is now on its way to all formats including the Playstation2 from which these were taken.
Playing as Bilbo Baggins, youâll meet a legendary cast of characters including Gandalf, Thorin, Smaug, Elrond and Gollum as you travel across areas such as Rivendell, Mirkwood, LakeTown and the Lonely Mountains.
From what weâve seen, The Hobbit appears to be a straightforward action/adventure title, which will be relying on its license as opposed to stunning gameplay features to sell the copies. Weâll be checking the game out at E3, hopefully it will have some surprises in storeâ¦
