The Godfather - New Assets News

By Jon Wilcox on 16/02/2005 EA release more snippets from it’s big movie licence for the year including a movie featuring the end of Don Vito...

Fall 2005. It may sound like its an age away, but quite frankly we are constantly amazed by how quickly time seems to fly (we are yet to ascertain whether there is some kind of rift in space/time here at TVG Towers causing time to flow quicker than normal.)

So as we wait for the Fall 2005 retail release of EA’s interpretation of Mario Puzo’s and Paramount’s The Godfather sometime in the next week or so, we’ll have to make do with the new screens and the second trailer that have today been released by Electronic Arts.

So why is EA making us "Pay " for cheat codes? IS it a way to make people mad ?

Isn´t buying and selling of ingame currency regarded "illegal" by most game companies? I guess its ok as long as the publisher is the one making the money. I am afraid functions like these will only allow developers to think: ehh, we´ll add all those extra cool features later.. and make some extra money in the process.
