More on this gameHaving previously teased at the existence of the game formerly known as 'Project X', Pandemic recently removed the wraps from the latest next-generation title currently in development.
From the scant early details, it appears that Saboteur casts players as a member of the resistance, fighting against the Nazi oppression from the inside out; it seems as though Pandemic are striving for something very different to the typically WWII shooter with this one.
Which is also evident in the game's striking visual style, employing a monochromatic theme to provide a high contrast to the Nazi red and heavy tones of the classic Film Noir genre - think The White Stripes crossed with Renoir's This Land is Mine crossed with Welles' Touch of Evil.
Pandemic has yet to confirm exactly which platforms Saboteur will arrive on, though hopefully we won't see the same one-platform shift to multiples that occurred with Mercenaries 2: World In Flames.
