Atari confirm a breakdown of features in Eden Studios' Xbox 360/PC MOOR...
Following announcements of Spykers, Lamborghinis, and Aston Martins in previous weeks, Atari has today confirmed a list of features included in the forthcoming MOOR (Massively Open Online Racer), Test Drive Unlimited.
Confirming over 1000 miles of Hawaiian roads, with both online and offline races available, up to eight players will be able to take part in the game online, with over 125 licensed vehicles (including some from Mercedes, Ferarri, and Saleen, not to mention those already confirmed in the last month) included. Like other recent announcements, Atari has also stated continued support for the title after its initial release date, which is yet to be confirmed, in the form of monthly vehicular and component updates.
Atari are also expecting a strong community to form around the game with the ability to join a car club and organise tournaments just one example of this. The vehicles in the game will also be personalised with a range of licensed products from the individual manufacturers, as well as the ability to buy homes and garages in which to tune their petrol powered beasts.
The game looks set to be a key title for Xbox 360 in 2006, and hopefully beyond. TVG will have more on Test Drive Unlimited shortly...

oh and just for the record this games on a dvd and there is no loding time when driving as the game streams its self... [ Read full comment... ]
