Sam & Max triumphant return to the small-screen steps a little closer to its conclusion, with details on the crime-fighting duo's attempt to thwart a global mind-control scheme in the first season finale.

Sam & Max Episode 6: Bright Side of the Moon finds Sam & Max storming a bizarre lunar paradise to apprehend the mastermind behind the plot, as they attempt to deliver the unassuming world populace from the jaws of tranquility and prevent an eternity of hypnotic enslavement

"Over the past seven months, we've had fun developing the Season 1 story and seeing the fans' reactions," says Telltale CEO Dan Connors. "The finale stands on its own as a game, but it's going to be especially satisfying for the players who have been with us all season long."

Sam & Max Episode 6: Bright Side of the Moon will debut on the GameTap service on April 26th, followed by a worldwide general release on May 10th.
