Character narrative, plot-lines??? I thought this was a driving game!!!
Codemasters have won a lot of acclaim with its TOCA and Colin McRae series. However not one to rest on their laurels, they've decided not to release the next TOCA with just graphical enhancements, but added an intriguing character narrative.
You play as Ryan McKane, starting off as a lowly test driver who must race his way up to the ranks of World Champion. Along the way you'll have the chance to build up relations with the team members, rivalries with other drivers, and hopefully start a bit of controversy with the stunning pit girls.
As you can see from the screens, TOCA benefits from some fantastic visuals featuring some exceptional texture work, just take a look at those pit-girls, I mean cars!
A new damage model has been incorporated, that accurately calculates the impact of a colision and then changes the car model accordingly.
