2K Games confirms an Autumn 2006 release for the latest RTS from FireFly Studios...
2K Games has today announced that development of Stronghold Legends for PC by FireFly Studios, with an expected release in the Autumn. The game promises to add new gameplay features including a 'strategic conquest style of play' and further multiplayer modes. Gamers will be given the opportunity to play as either King Arthur, Count Vlad Dracul, or Siegfried of Germany across three campaigns in twenty-four missions.
"The Stronghold franchise has been very well received, with more than two million units sold worldwide," said Christoph Hartmann, Managing Director, 2K Games. "Stronghold Legends will build on the popular Stronghold franchise and offer an exciting new twist on the classic gameplay."
