An auto-update is now available that fixes some of the issues of Hyper-Fighting on Xbox Live Arcade...
Released after a lengthy delay from the beginning of the year, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting was one of the most anticipated titles for Xbox Live Arcade, so it wasn't that surprising to hear of some disappointment in the gaming community when the title was finally released with certain lagging issues.
That may now be over with the release of an auto-update for the game that purports to fix the issue, along with a second complaint over disconnecting cheats not receiving punishment.
Commenting to Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb, Microsoft marketers said that, "The title update will address connection and time out issues that have been reported by players. In addition, the Leaderboards will be cleared in order to offset players that have cheated by causing intentional disconnections. "
