By Jon Wilcox on 06/09/2006 IREM announce that the follow-up will make its debut at Tokyo Game Show 2006...With the first title in the series set for release in the UK on September 15th, Japanese publisher IREM has announced to Famitsu that Steambot Chronicles 2 is in development.
It's unclear when the Bumpy Trot (as it's known in the territory) follow-up will be released in Japan, but IREM does state that it will make its debut at Tokyo Game Show 2006 at the end of September.

i've seen screenshots on it it looks like the first one except you don't play vanilla anymore.
