Square-Enix Confirms All-Star Kingdom Hearts 2 Line-Up News

Haley Joel-Osment, Christopher Lee and James Woods all set to star in the latest Disney/Square-Enix collaboration...
Square's 2002 collaboration with Disney met with universal acclaim and widespread success in Kingdom Hearts, so it comes as little surprise to find no expense has been spared when it comes to the forthcoming sequel.
Confirming an all-star vocal line-up, Kingdom Hearts 2 sees the return of Haley Joel-Osment reprising his role as the game's protagonist Sora, whilst David Gallagher (7th Heaven) returns in the role of Riku along with Hayden Panettiere as Kairi.
Characters making an appearance from Final Fantasy VII will also feature the voice talents of Jesse McCartney (Summerland) as the mysterious boy Roxas, Brittany Snow (The Pacifier) as Namine, Christopher Lee (Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring) as Diz; Steve Burton (The Last Castle) as Cloud, Rachael Leigh Cook (She's All That) as Tifa and Mena Suvari (American Beauty) as Aerith. Hedy Buress (Boston Common), Tara Strong (Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown) and Gwendoline Yeo (Desperate Housewives) also take a role within the game as the female-trio Yuna, Rikku, Paine from Final Fantasy X-2.
In addition, Kingdom Hearts 2 features many of the original Disney film star voice actors are reprising their role for this project, including Ming-Na (Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within) as Mulan, James Woods (Be Cool) returning as the villain Hades and Zach Braff ("Scrubs") as Chicken Little.
Currently there's no confirmed European release date for Kingdom Hearts 2, however with the game fast approaching its North American release TVG expects this to change soon...
