Sony Increases Lithium-Ion Efficiency News

Japanese reports suggest increased battery performance for Sony, suggesting future uses for the PSP...
The Nihon Keizai Shimbun is today reporting that Sony have developed new lithium-ion technology, which results in batteries becoming 30% more efficient then previous technology.
Whilst no suggestion has yet been made as to whether these will feature in future PSP models, Ken Kutaragi President Sony Computer Entertainment, did reveal last year that stronger batteries could feature within the handheld in the future.
