Howard Stringer reveals his thoughts on the current standing of PlayStation 3 and blu-Ray...


Speaking at the D5 Conference in California, Sony CEO Howard Stringer has revealed his thoughts on PlayStation 3 and its relationship with blu-Ray. In short, it's a symbiotic relationship, with both Sony technologies getting valuable support from the other.

Springer also revealed that despite a somewhat shaky start, the PlayStation 3 was no longer on life support, thanks to a number of reasons, including the fact that, "It has a life beyond that of the video game."

News of Stringer's comments came in an article at economics site, PaidContent.org, which also reports the CEO's dismissal that Sony had 'paid its way to dominance' over the now defunct HD-DVD.

Why do people say its ffVII sequel!!! If you read the initial story it says it has nothing to do with ffV11 and its not an RPG!! Chances are there is no big announcement and it was a big joke!!

i think it will be exclusive and iv heard about a new metal gear called Metal Gear 3: Revolver Ocelot and this was in the rumour section of the official uk ps3 magazine it also said if its true expect it also to be announce in the next month ... [ Read full comment... ]
