Sony Announce PS2 Online Bundle News

American gamers can now pick up a PS2, Network Adaptor and free game for $199...
As TVG suggested back in May, SCEA today announced a new bundle for the Playstation2 in America. Gamers will be able to pick up a Playstation2, PS2 Network Adaptor and ATV Offroad Fury 2 for $199, whilst a standard Playstation2 will now retail for $179.
Itās believed the move has been made to allow Sony to clear their stocks of old units, to make way for the newer model which features the Network Adaptor as standard.
No word as of yet as to whether a similar move is expected in Europe.
