A smattering of new images FROM this strategy sequel that is shaping up to be pretty sweet.
The Sim City series has always been popular and Sim City 4 should be no exception. These screenshots show the level of detail the new game engine achieves, sure it's not fully 3D in the truest sense of the word but when it looks this you don't really mind.
Toning down some of the more boring aspects of the macro-level city management, the game should be more appealing to the mainstream. However if you absolutely must design roads and decide on the best way of running your water network, you will be free to tinker if you so desire. By striking the right balance between depth and accessibility should ensure that this game does well when it is released.
