Well kind of in a way, however you’ll be watching it rather then playing it unfortunately...
Microsoft today announced plans to include âShenmue: The Movieâ DVD alongside Shenmue 2 when it is released for the Xbox later in the year.
The DVD tells the events of the first game released on the Dreamcast, filling in the starting details for gamers who may have missed out on Ryoâs first steps to deliver the same experience as if viewers had played the game through from beginning to end.
The movie is over 90 minutes long and can be played with English or Japanese voice-overs, with the option to play Japanese subtitles. The downside to all of this is that youâll need the Xbox DVD Remote, unless youâve got another DVD playerâ¦
