Fans' hopes fade as website registration passes...

The mounting concerns surrounding Yu Suzukiâs martial-arts epic Shenmue were today highlighted by the guys at Game Brink, whoâve pointed out the fact that somebody at SEGA should perhaps re-register www.shenmue.com to keep the fans guessing at the very least.

Coming after translations from a recent Yu Suzuki interview confirmed that there are currently no plans for Shenmue 3; surely this represents the final dousing of hope for those left waiting the past four years since Ryoâs first meeting with Ling Shenhua, an outcome of which will likely never be known.

As much as weâd like to say weâll have more on Shenmue 3 soon this sadly doesnât look to be the caseâ¦

i can relate to everyone here as ive completed both senarios and would love to see a third story of shenmue 3 coming out as its the best rpg game in the world that i have ever played.

It really makes me happy that gamers from all around the world are still hoping for Shenmue3. I am one of them, but since the deplorable state SEGA is currently in I fear that it will never be made. :(
