Sony confirms that LittleBigPlanet on the PlayStation 3 is slated for a September 2008 release...
Sony has confirmed that LittleBigPlanet should be arriving during September of this year, according to reports on CVG. A demo for the much awaited PS3 title was due at the end of last year, although it's yet to materialise on the PlayStation Network to date.
Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet takes an inspired skew on the platform genre, challenging gamers to create their own levels which can then be distributed across the LittleBigPlanet gaming community.
Trailers to date have illustrated the game's advanced physics, loveable stuffed-toy characters and adorable accessories such as piņatas and sombrero hats, allowing gamers to become the masters of their own platforming destiny.
