505 Games to bring the cookery sequel to European Wii consoles and DS in early 2008...


UK publisher 505 Games has today confirmed it'll be bringing Cooking Mama 2 to Europe in Spring 2008. Developed for both Wii and Nintendo DS, Cooking Mama 2 is set to introduce more culinary delights to gamers, along with a face-off multiplayer mode.

"Following on from the phenomenal success of Cooking Mama, we're thrilled to be bringing Cooking Mama 2 to Europe," commented Ian Howe, Managing Director, 505 Games. "Cooking Mama delivered a truly original IP and Cooking Mama 2 promises to build on its success"

Hopefully the developers will have ironed some of the bugs from the original title - and introduced a little more depth to the gameplay.
