Atari confirms an aggressive pricing strategy and monthly car packs for its eagerly awaited next-gen racer...
Bucking the recent trend of spiralling next-generation costs, Atari today confirmed a $39.95 price-tag for its impressive Xbox 360 racer, Test Drive Unlimited.
Hopefully not an indication of the doubt that the beleaguered publisher holds, Test Drive Unlimited will also see the release of downloadable car packs featuring six or more vehicles along with genre-specific radio stations containing between 10-20 songs, available every month beginning six weeks after the game's September release.
Although no price point has been confirmed for Europe TVG expects a similar pricing structure to follow suit; look out for more on Test Drive Unlimited soon.
