Sanctuary Reveal UMD Line-Up News

Five titles to be released over a four week time period including two from the Lynch back-catalogue...

Sanctuary Visual Entertainment has today announced five titles set to appear on UMD beginning with Iron Maiden â“ Rock In Rio, which will be released on the PSPâs European launch day on September 1st. The company will follow that release less than a fortnight later on September 12th with Bob Marley â“ Live from Santa Barbara and INXS - Live Baby Live.

Whilst the prospect of listening to the somewhat contrasting styles of the three bands, perhaps the most exciting is the announcement by Sanctuary that October 3rd will see the release of David Lynchâs Blue Velvet and Dune on UMD-Video â“ something that is sure to get Film Studies students salvatingâ¦

Weâll have more news on UMD-Video release shortlyâ¦

UMD already dead. Sony has nothing to lose by adding
SD stuff on the Blu-ray discs for PSP viewing.

good point but i think i would only pay about $250 and not bother with the touch screen.with mobile tec in there you could play games over the net any time any where but only at a reasonable price of course.

Sony should have added a 40 or 80 gig internal hard drive like the ipod to the psp instead of making it thinner and lighter! With the extra space it would be

JAZZ-1991, what the hell are you talking about? The PSP redesign is 19% slimmer and 33% lighter than the original PSP. The buttons are more responsive, it supports tv out, has twice the RAM. There is no need to make it any smaller, it feels great in ... [ Read full comment... ]
