Stealth series going handheld across Europe courtesy of SEGA...

Tenchu fans can look forward to the first outing of the stealth series on the PSP thanks to a publishing agreement announced by SEGA Europe.

Tenchu: Time of the Assassins faithfully captures the complex environments from previous titles, coupled with enhanced stealth manoeuvres and all-new silent kill techniques. All of the characters from the series return in the Scenario mode, which finds individual stories following Rikimaru, Ayame, Rin and Tesshu.

A Free Mission mode compliments the action, along with Ad-Hoc multiplayer co-operative and competitive modes and support for players to create their own maps.

Tenchu: Time of the Assassins is scheduled for release on June 23rd; look out for further coverage soon...
