SEGA Confirms NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 News

Sports Interactive's other management series is set to continue on PC in September 2006...
SEGA Europe and SEGA of America have today confirmed the development of NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 for PC. The game, which will be released on both side of the Atlantic on September 22nd 2006, is the second title in the series based in the world of ice hockey management.
A number of new features and improvements have been added to the game, not least an increase in the number of real-world players (up to 45,000) from leagues including the NHL, DEL, AHL, and the Swedish competitions. Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 will also feature a "Fantasy Draft" mode that allows players to create their dream hockey team, as well as a new 2D match engine, improved staff recommendations, and greater salary cap control.
Perhaps more importantly is confirmation that the game will be released exclusively via digital download from www.eastsidehockeymanager.net.
"With over 20 playable leagues and a comprehensive player and team database, NHL(tm): Eastside Hockey Manager(tm) 2007 is an ideal way for you to prepare for your fantasy hockey season", commented Marc Duffy of Sports Interactive.
